Learn about refunds on Dr. Save

Dr. Save may give refunds for some dental plan subscription purchases, depending on the refund policies described below. 

  • If you find a dental plan purchase on your card or other payment method that you didn't make and that wasn't made by anyone you know, report unauthorized charges within 120 days of the transaction.

  • If the payment has been failed but the money is debited from your bank account, if the money is not credited back to your account within a week, you can initiate a refund request.

  • If your refund request has been approved, it may take up to two weeks for the refund to reflect in your bank.
